FEEDBACK PROCESS:

The service standard of Project Work is to meet and surpass customer expectations while serving
customers with disabilities. Comments on our services regarding how well those expectations are
being met are welcome and appreciated. Project Work has a process for receiving and
responding to feedback for goods and services provided to people with disabilities. Feedback can
be provided verbally, by e-mail, by phone or in writing. All feedback is directed to the Director
of Programs.
